Inspired by Kristina Horner, who tried to complete a similar challenge through 2008, I set out - from september 2008 until september 2009 - to read 52 books in one year. I - unlike Kristina - suceeded, even a week before my deadline!

Throughout the year, I read such books as High Fidelity (YAY!) by Nick Hornby, Mister Monday (Yes!) by Garth Nix and The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown (Ugggh...).
